So why was HellHounds Lair restarted?

Many reasons Such as:
Inactivity.
The weekly update system wasnt working.
The weekly poll didnt work.
Staff Debates.
Lack of Organisation.
Little time to work on it.

So this time, we intend to do our best to avoid all these.
